WILLA HENDERSON

SIKESTON -- Willa Mae Henderson, 80, of Sikeston died Sunday, March 1, 1998, at Clearview Nursing Center.

She was born March 19, 1917, at Risco, daughter of William and Bertha Fritts. She and Fred Henderson were married Oct. 15, 1934. He died March 16, 1991.

Henderson had worked at Elder Manufacturing Co. and Dexter Hat Factory. She was a member of Tanner Street Church of God.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Henderson of San Antonio, Texas, Don Henderson of Lockhart, Texas; a daughter, Linda Daugherty of Sikeston; two brothers, Harley Fritts of Poplar Bluff, Junior Fritts of Flint, Mich.; a sister, Lillie Little of Malden; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Carl Addison officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery at Bernie.
