ULLIN, Ill. -- Wilda M. Kinslow, 92, of Ullin died Monday, Aug. 19, 2002, at Daystar Nursing Home in Cairo, Ill. She was born April 14, 1910, in Pulaski, Ill., daughter of John Edward and Essie Viola Curry Rives. She and Raymond Baker were married Dec. 28, 1929. He preceded her in death. She and Claude Kinslow were married June 6, 1933. He died in 1979...

ULLIN, Ill. -- Wilda M. Kinslow, 92, of Ullin died Monday, Aug. 19, 2002, at Daystar Nursing Home in Cairo, Ill.

She was born April 14, 1910, in Pulaski, Ill., daughter of John Edward and Essie Viola Curry Rives. She and Raymond Baker were married Dec. 28, 1929. He preceded her in death. She and Claude Kinslow were married June 6, 1933. He died in 1979.

Kinslow had been a seamstress at Florsheim Shoe Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School and Bible School teacher, member of Women's Missionary Union, and was involved with Discipleship Training.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Kinslow of Page, Utah, Claude Kinslow of Burke, Va.; a daughter, Phyllis Trexler of Clarksville, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by three sons.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, with the Revs. Richard Martin and Bill Gholson officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Pulaski, Ill.
