ADVANCE, Mo. -- Wayne "Frog" McCullough, 71, of Advance passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born March 6, 1946, at Advance, the son of Lyndell Keith and Irma Lucetta Nolan McCullough. Frog spent a great career in mobile-home sales. He had worked for Montgomery Mobile Homes...

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Wayne "Frog" McCullough, 71, of Advance passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 6, 1946, at Advance, the son of Lyndell Keith and Irma Lucetta Nolan McCullough.

Frog spent a great career in mobile-home sales. He had worked for Montgomery Mobile Homes.

He attended Faith Baptist Church in Advance. He was a member of the Advance Eagles. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and golfer. He enjoyed watching Advance High School basketball and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Survivors include a son, Brad (Roni) McCullough of Jackson; a daughter, Lisa (Scot) Garstang of Waterloo, Illinois; a brother, Gary (Shirley) McCullough of Advance; three sisters, Carole (Randy) Yount of Arnold, Missouri, Barb (Don) Zeiba of Perryville, Missouri, and Debbie (Huey) Hess of Advance; and four grandchildren, Ashley Williams of Atlanta, Grant Schneider of Waterloo, and Brandon McCullough and Brock McCullough, both of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

A funeral service will be at noon Saturday at the chapel, with the Revs. Dennis Allen and Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will follow at Greenbrier Cemetery in Greenbrier, Missouri. A meal will be held at Faith Baptist Church following the service.
