JACKSON, Mo. -- Wayne Edward Elfrink, 54, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2002, at Monticello House.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7:30, followed by a Knights of Columbus service.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Msgr. Edward Eftink will officiate. Interment will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery at Leopold, Mo.
Mr. Elfrink was born Dec. 17, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, son of Edward B. and Violet R. Stolz Elfrink.
Loving survivors include two brothers, Michael Elfrink of Jackson, Matthew Elfrink of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Sister Maureen Elfrink of Santareim, Para', Brazil, Sylvia Niedbalski and Clarice Beussink of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Mr. Elfrink had worked at Wille's Bakery in Jackson, and retired in 2000 from the former Elfrink Truck Lines in St. Louis. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and Knights of Columbus.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Immaculate Conception Building Fund.
