JONESBORO, Ill. -- Wanda Delois Tucker, 77, of Sneads Ferry, N.C., died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at her home.
She was born July 15, 1923, in Kay County, Okla., daughter of Barney and Thelma Turner Hopkins. She married Donald Tucker, and she worked as a hairdresser.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Joyce Fusco of Abilene, Texas, and Martha Spillman of Austin, Texas; five brothers, Tom, Bob, and Jerry Hopkins of Texas, Dean Hopkins of Florida and Douglas Hopkins of Illinois; two sisters, Peggy Montgomery of Indiana and Sara Dnarski of Illinois; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jonesboro Cemetery, with the Rev. John Prather officiating.
Hileman and Parr Funeral Services of Jonesboro is in charge of local arrangements.
