CHAFFEE -- Wanda Mae Newcomer, 56, of Chaffee, died at 7:46 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, 1991, at the Memorial Medical Center and Cancer Institute in Tulsa, Okla.
She was born Sept. 21, 1935 in Chaffee, daughter of the late Ernest White and Mildred Brown White, who survives of Chaffee.
She was a final examiner for Thorngate Ltd. of Chaffee for 24 years.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jackson.
Surviving are one son, Randy Newcomer of Broken Arrow, Okla.; a daughter, Robyn Hindman of Chaffee; two brothers, Francis White of Chaffee and Eddie White of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Doris Schlitt of Chaffee Route 2, and Nancy Evans of Gordonville; and three granddaughters.
Friends may call at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Assembly of God Church in Jackson with the Rev. Herbert Bruhn and the Rev. Dean Heady officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
