Wanda Lacy, 82, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Lifecare Center.
She was born June 8, 1933, in Whitewater to Albert and Viola Simpher Overbeck. She married Paul Dean Lacy on April 8, 1950. He survives.
Wanda was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
She is survived by her husband, Dean; a son, Rodney (Marsha) Lacy; a daughter, Deborah (Robin) Fornkohl; six grandchildren, Scott (Melisia), Eric, Brad (Ralina) and Kevin Fornkohl, Michelle (Josh) Abercrombie and Brandon Lacy; 14 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Ruby Propst; two brothers, Clifford (Shirley) Overbeck and Weldon (Lois) Overbeck; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Wilford (Bernice) Overbeck.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating. Interment will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
