BLOOMFIELD -- Wanda Lee Phillips, 74, of Bloomfield, died Wednesday, July 31, 1991, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
She was born Oct. 9, 1916, in Jonesboro, Ark., daughter of Ralph and Elsie Johnson Short. She married Marvin Phillips June 10, 1933.
Phillips attended Mt. Pisgah General Baptist Church at Aquilla.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Verlon and Murlin Phillips of Bloomfield; two brothers, Raymond and Norman Cate of Bloomfield; a sister, Vivian Miller of St. Louis; three grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Ronnie Ledbetter will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Bob Bradford. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near here.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
