Wanda M. Kuehn, 84, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, at her home.
She was born March 12, 1933, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Ora and Macie Michael Reynolds. She and John Kuehn Jr. were married Oct. 26, 1951. He passed away July 22, 2014.
Wanda was a member of Fruitland Community Church in Fruitland, and a former member of Red Star Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
She was employed at Superior Electric and Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, retiring in 1996.
Wanda was an artistic person and loved to paint, crochet, embroider and decorate cakes. She also enjoyed fishing with her husband.
Loving survivors include four children, Carolyn (Rick) Crump of Cape Girardeau, Kaye (Randy) Huebel of Cape Girardeau, John (Carla) Kuehn III of Perryville, Missouri, and Lynda (Michael) Cook of Cape Girardeau; 10 grandchildren, Laura, Sarah, Rachel, Eric, Michelle, Kelly, Stephanie, Emily, Matthew and Jessica; and 11 great-grandchildren, Abigail, Avery, Gavin, Zachary, Caleb, Gretchen, Gabriel, Melody, Anna, Piper and Lily.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Kuehn Jr.; a brother, Henry Reynolds; a grandson, Christopher Michael Cook; and a great-grandson, Anthony Paul Triller.
A memorial visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
A memorial service will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Parry officiating. Interment will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Fruitland Community Church.
