Thelma Mae Wamble
DEXTER, Mo. -- Thelma Mae Wamble, 86, a native of Stoddard County, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001, at Rivergate Healthcare Center in River-view, Mich.
She was born May 6, 1915, daughter of Almond and Nancy Robinson Martin. She married Max V. Wamble, who died Dec. 4, 1986.
A former resident of Dexter, she had lived in Michigan for several years and was a resident of Lincoln Park at the time of her death. She was a member of the Ecorse Baptist Church in Ecorse, Mich.
Survivors include a son, Danny James Wamble of Lincoln Park; two brothers, Melvin and Elvin Martin, both of Washington; three sisters, Leatha O'Dell and Lois Davis, both of Dexter, and Louise Brady of Bloomfield, Mo.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter and three brothers.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral will bes at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Triplett Cemetery near Dexter.
