Walter Wayne Kefauver, 65, of Greenwood, Ind., died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, Ind.
He was born March 26, 1941, in Washington, D.C., son of Walter and Hilda Kefauver.
Kefauver lived in Cape Girardeau 20 years. He was an estate planner, retiring earlier this year.
Survivors include two daughters, Krista Kefauver of Orlando, Fla., Stephanie Kefauver of Indianapolis, Ind.; a son, Matthew Kefauver of Indianapolis; three sisters, Barbara Nieten of Evansville, Ind., Lois Conklin of Cape Girardeau, Audrey Priest of Jackson; and three brothers, Neil and Bruce Kefauver of Cape Girardeau, and Kim Kefauver of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service was held Nov. 12 at G.H. Hermann Greenwood Funeral Home in Greenwood.
