SIKESTON -- Wallas R. Adams, 56, of Sikeston died Saturday, April 19, 1997, near Sikeston, from injuries in a horse-riding accident.
Adams was born Aug. 6, 1940, at Limestone, Ark., son of James Hearold and Doris Robinson Adams.
A lifelong resident of this area, he was employed by Flaire Inc.
Survivors include his parents; a son, Wallas Samuel Adams of Brinkley, Ark.; a daughter, Sarah C. Adams of Brinkley; and a sister, Verla Shaw of Wappapello.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Pastor Jeff Williams will officiate, with burial at Hagy Cemetery in Dexter.
