VERGENNES, Ill. -- Vivian Blythe, 67, of Vergennes died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, Ill.
She was born Dec. 15, 1936, daughter of Floyd and Angeline Sikora Miller. She and Everett Blythe were married March 4, 1955.
Blythe was a support service worker at Choate Mental Health Center.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Joy Poole of Jonesboro, Patricia Ellis of Anna, Ill.; two sons, Robert Blythe of Olney, Ill., Daryl Blythe of Marion, Ill.; her mother of Ullin, Ill.; two sisters, Gloria Goelz of Sebring, Fla., Loraine McGee of Dongola, Ill.; a brother, Michael Miller of Anna; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Mount Zion Cemetery in Dongola, Ill. The Rev. Dare Aden will officiate.
Crain Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
