VIRGINIA WRIGHT

GLEN ALLEN -- Virginia Lee Wright, 70, of Glen Allen died Sunday, Jan. 4, 1998, at her home.

She was born Oct. 19, 1927, at Glen Allen, daughter of Lester Lee and Dora Burns Phelps. She and Elihu "Giggs" Wright were married July 3, 1945, in Corning, Ark. He died March 19, 1993.

Wright and her husband had owned and operated Midwest Pallet Co. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and DAV Auxiliary.

Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Stanfill and Sandy Page of Glen Allen, Kay Bueter of Marble Hill; a sister, Alma Ricketts of Glen Allen; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Glen Allen Cemetery.
