PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Virginia "Ginny" Bohnert Weber, 87, of Perryville died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Perry County Nursing Home. She was born July 8, 1917, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Fred and Ida Tucker Blessing. She and Edgar Leo Bohnert were married June 1, 1940. He died June 19, 1977. She and Adolph "Jim" Weber were married Aug. 1, 1981. He died April 9, 2001...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Virginia "Ginny" Bohnert Weber, 87, of Perryville died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born July 8, 1917, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Fred and Ida Tucker Blessing. She and Edgar Leo Bohnert were married June 1, 1940. He died June 19, 1977. She and Adolph "Jim" Weber were married Aug. 1, 1981. He died April 9, 2001.

Weber had been a cafeteria worker at Perry County School District. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include two sons, Edward Bohnert of Arnold, Mo., Wayne Bohnert of Perryville; a daughter, Velda Unterreiner of Perryville; two brothers, Edgar Blessing of Maumee, Ohio, Francis Blessing of Arnold; two sisters, Esther Hornbuckle of Emerald Hills, Calif., Lillian Kelley of St. Louis; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. The wake will be at 5:30 p.m. Friday. The rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
