Virginia Ann Vincent, 80, of Scott City died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at Heartland Care Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 26, 1922, at Benton, Mo., daughter of August and Pauline Glastetter Glueck. She and James Emerson Vincent were married June 1, 1967, in Cape Girardeau. He died Sept. 23, 1991.
Vincent had been a seamstress at Lowenbaum Dress Factory and worked in the housekeeping department at Ramada Inn. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church at Kelso, Mo., and its St. Ann's Sodality.
Survivors include two brothers, John and Charles Glueck of Scott City.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4 to 8 p.m. today. The rosary will be recited at 6.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Augustine Church, with the Rev. Oliver Clavin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
