ADVANCE, Mo. -- Virginia Rose Spears, 67, of Advance died Saturday, March 11, 2006, at home.
She was born Jan. 20, 1939, at Dudley, Mo., daughter of Thurman and Minnie Mossman O'Neal. She and James "Bud" Spears were married June 25, 1957, at Bloomfield, Mo. He died March 17, 2005.
She was president of the Advance Eagles auxiliary.
Survivors include a son, Keith Spears of Advance; three daughters, Karen LeGrand of Oran, Mo., Kim Buehler of Advance, Katrina Sutton of Chaffee, Mo.; three brothers, Freeman O'Neal of Wappapello, Mo., Gene O'Neal of Puxico, Mo., Russel O'Neal of Dudley; three sisters, Lois Caldwell of Puxico, Loreda Jansen of Dexter, Mo., Helen Voss of Maplewood, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Eric Shrum officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
