JACKSON -- Virginia Lucille Seabaugh, 85, of Jackson died Saturday, July 12, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Oct. 30, 1911, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of Elam and Alma Randol Masterson. She married Ernest Seabaugh. He died in November 1979.
She was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church of Jackson and had worked at the International Shoe Co. and the Wayside Restaurant, both in Jackson, and at Seven Cedars in Millersville.
She is survived by two sons, Otis and Jerry Seabaugh, both of Jackson; four daughters, Bettie Heise and Erma Seabaugh, both of Cape Girardeau, and Dorothy Holzum and Carolyn Wills, both of Jackson; a sister, Maurine Northcutt of Cape Girardeau; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and a grandchild.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Scott Loshe officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery at Daisy.
