BLOOMFIELD -- Funeral service for Virginia Sue Swann of Bloomfield will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Hooe Baptist Church near Oran. The Revs. Billy McBunch and Jerry Reese will officiate, with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Garden near Morley.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 4 p.m. today.

Swann, 56, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 1995, at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory, Miss.

She was born Aug. 15, 1939, at Morley, daughter of Tom Henry and Eithel Mae Neldon Gross.

Survivors include two daughters, Clara Ruebel of Navarre, Fla., Donna Reese of Amory; her father of Morley; six brothers, Tom Gross of Morley, Bud Gross of Bloomfield, George Gross of Sikeston, Roy Gross of Blodgett, Steve Gross of Vanduser, Don Gross of Kansas City; five sisters, Vickie Wallace of Granite City, Gracie Stovall of Morley, Jana Groff and Reba Baker of St. Louis, and Betty Holland of Vanduser.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
