Virginia L. Robinette, 89, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Nov. 11, 1915, at Leora, Mo., daughter of Charles Edwin and Mary Elizabeth George Feverston. She and Richard Robinette were married April 21, 1979, in Cape Girardeau. He died Jan. 10, 2004.
Robinette had been a secretary at Acme Printing Co. in Wichita, Kan. She moved to Cape Girardeau in the early 1970s, and was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Mary Shelton of Jackson, Cora Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau, Georgia Lewis of Jacksonville, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Ellen Harmon of Wichita; three stepgrandchildren; and four great-stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to service time Thursday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Scott Moon officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
