Mrs. Virginia Mae Cochran, 67, of Cape Girardeau died at Southeast Missouri Hospital Thursday, April 21, 1994.
She was born Dec. 17, 1927, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Oscar Crafton and Pearl Koch.
She married Dr. Joe R. Cochran, Aug. 20, 1949, in Cape Girardeau. He survives.
Survivors include her mother, Pearl Koch, of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Jo Carol Murphy, of Springfield, Mo.; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by a daughter and a sister.
She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Cape County Medical Center Auxiliary and Beta Sigmi Phi. She was a graduate of Cape Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University.
She assisted her husband in his medical practice at Doctors Park five years.
Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Louis Launhardt officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
