BENTON -- Virginia LeGrand, 50, of Benton, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1993, at the Missouri Rehab Center in Mt. Vernon, Mo.
She was born Oct. 4, 1942, at Benton, daughter of Zeno and Marena Scherer LeGrand.
She worked at V.I.P. Industries in Cape Girardeau.
She was a member of the St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton.

Survivors include a brother, Marvin LeGrand of Chaffee.
She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. today.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton, with the Rev. Amel Shibley officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Denis Cemetery in Benton.
