Virginia Nell Bailey, 77, of Advance, Mo., died Friday, March 28, 2003, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born Dec. 14, 1925 in Kentucky, daughter of Richard and Alma Barbee McCoy. Her husband, Charles R. Bailey, preceded her in death on Oct. 7, 1997...

Virginia Nell Bailey, 77, of Advance, Mo., died Friday, March 28, 2003, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 14, 1925 in Kentucky, daughter of Richard and Alma Barbee McCoy. Her husband, Charles R. Bailey, preceded her in death on Oct. 7, 1997.

Survivors include a son, Charles McCoy, of Central City, Ky.; and two daughters, Diann Hale and Sue Caby, both of Jackson; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and one brother.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Morgan Memorial Park.
