SIKESTON -- Vina Franklin, 64, of Sikeston died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born Oct. 5, 1934, in Mississippi County, daughter of William and Enna Drury Crisel. SIKESTON -- Vina Franklin, 64, of Sikeston died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 5, 1934, in Mississippi County, daughter of William and Enna Drury Crisel.

Franklin lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She had been a waitress at area restaurants, retiring in 1997. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Harland of Blytheville, Ark., Greg Harland of Kokomo, Ind.; a daughter, Sharon Hampton of Blytheville, Ark.; a brother, Carl Crisel of Miner; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Leroy Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
