JACKSON -- Victor Francis Lane, 71, of Jackson died Monday, Jan. 25, 1999, at his home.
He was born June 11, 1927, at Brazeau, son of John Herbert and Dora Clingingsmith Lane. He and Louryce G. Rabold were married Dec. 25, 1949, at Brazeau.
Lane was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of American Legion Post 133 and National Rifle Association.
He served with the U.S. Army in Alaska during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ronald Lane of Sikeston, Ricky Lane of Jackson, Randy Lane of Old Appleton; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Thomas Bass officiating. Burial will be in Brazeau Cemetery.
