Victor Eugene Heise, 54, of Jackson died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
He was born June 4, 1965, in Cape Girardeau to Victor Henry and Carol Joan Lance Heise. He and Christina Renee Isaac Bischoff were married Feb. 27, 2016, at Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Victor was a Scott City High School graduate.
He served in the Air Force.
He worked for Marmic Fire and Safety, Harbor Freight, Lemons Coin and Mondi.
He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
He enjoyed being a ham radio operator.
Survivors include his wife, Christina Heise of Jackson; daughters, Alicia Heise of Scott City and Christina Rathbone of Springfield, Missouri; daughters-at-heart, Allissa (Andrew) Abadie of Louisiana and Jody Bischoff of Jackson; sister, Tanya Hall of Scott City; grandchildren, Evander and Cadence; and grandson-at-heart, Elliott.
A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Frank Burgess officiating, and will include military honors at the church. There will be a meal following the service.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
