Vickie Marie Williams, 33, of Scott City died Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. A memorial service will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at New Life Gospel Church in Scott City, with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating. Arrangements provided by Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
