VERNA HAHS

MILLERSVILLE -- Clara Verna Hahs, 83, of Millersville died Friday, Nov. 3, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 11, 1912, at Advance to Charles and Anna Bock Moore.

She married Glen F. Hahs in Marble Hill on June 1, 1929. He died Dec. 1, 1987.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth Wayne Hahs of Millersville and Dayton and Gene Hahs of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Jo Anna Jones of Poplar Bluff; six brothers, Charles, Leonard, Otto and Milton Moore of Cape Girardeau, Garnet Moore of Delta and George Moore of San Antonio, Texas; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Hahs was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and a graduate of Cape Business College. She also worked at the International Shoe Company in Cape Girardeau.

Friends may call today from 3-8 p.m. at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral service will be at the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with Jack Byrd officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
