CYPRESS, Ill. -- Verla Houseright Littleton, 63, of Cypress, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
She was born Nov. 2, 1935, in Karnak, daughter of Loren and Mabel Taylor Houseright.
She and Charles Littleton were married. He survives.
Littleton had worked as a receptionist at a chiropractic clinic and also part-time for the U.S. Postal Service.
She was a member of West Eden United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include three daughters, Debbie Ebersohl of Jonesboro, Charlene Stricklen of Gentryville, Ind., and Beverly Sharp of Dongola; a sister, Virginia Smith of Karnak; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Revs. Tom Snell and Jay Franklin will officiate. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery in Cypress.
