PERRYVILLE -- Ulva Clair Phillips, 97, of Fort Worth, Texas, died Wednesday, July 7, 1992 in Fort Worth.
She was born July 5, 1895 in St. Marys, the daughter of William Difani and Mary Francis Cissell Difani.
She married Dr. Leo Phillips Sr., who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son.
Survivors are three sons, Bill Phillips of Perryville, Dr. Thomas L. Phillips of Fort Worth and Dr. Robert E. Phillips of Weatherford, Texas; two sisters, Cleta Govro, Perryville and Willie Slagle, Tucson, Ariz.
She was a charter member of the St. Alice Holy Family Perish of Fort Worth, a founding member of the Fort Worth Dental Society Auxiliary, a member of the Rivermont Country Club and the Lecture Foundation of Fort Worth.
Friends may call Saturday from 8 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Perryville. The Rev. Henry Grodecki will officiate. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
