He is survived by his parents, Omar D. and Heather M. Chapman Shipley; paternal grandparents, Donna and Gary DeClue of Marble Hill; maternal grandparents, Amy and Troy Cureton of Glen Allen and James Chapman of Elkhart, Ind.; and maternal great-grandparents, Vedra Vermilion of Dowagiac, Mich., Harvey Moss of Malden, Mary and Herb Chapman of South Bend, Ind.. ...

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather.

Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Liley Funeral Home at Marble Hill.

Graveside funeral and burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Grassy Friendship Cemetery, with the Rev. Nathan Huffman officiating.
