BELL CITY, Mo. -- Ty Anthony Brown, 31, of Bell City passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at his home.
He was born June 16, 1985, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Fred and Barbara Abner Brown.
Ty worked as a water-well driller for his family's business, Brown's Well Drilling. He was a 2003 graduate of Bell City High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Ty was a very generous and giving person.
Survivors include his parents, Fred and Barbara Brown of Bell City; two sons, Eli Brown of Bell City and Huck Brown of Scott City; a sister, Amy (Matt) Nichols of Advance, Missouri; a niece, Addie Nichols of Advance; paternal grandmother, Frances Brown of Bell City; and many other family members and friends.
A visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ted Stone officiating. Burial will be at Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Stoddard County Children's Home.
