TUNI M. TERVO

PERRYVILLE -- Tuni M. Tervo, 91, of Perryville, died Friday, Nov. 18, 1994, at Perry County Nursing Home. She was born Oct. 16, 1903, in Trout Creek, Mich., daughter of Matt and Elizabeth Palamaki Pari. She and John Heppen were married in 1922. He preceded her in death. She later married Richard Tervo in 1953, who also preceded her in death...

PERRYVILLE -- Tuni M. Tervo, 91, of Perryville, died Friday, Nov. 18, 1994, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Oct. 16, 1903, in Trout Creek, Mich., daughter of Matt and Elizabeth Palamaki Pari. She and John Heppen were married in 1922. He preceded her in death. She later married Richard Tervo in 1953, who also preceded her in death.

Tervo had worked for Warren C. Lambert, and was named Medical Assistant of the Year in Michigan in 1960.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Welden of Perryville; two sisters, Lille Gill of Iron River, Mich., Huld Collins of San Antonio, Texas; six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother and two sisters.

Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
