Funeral mass for Tom Vetter of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Lawrence Catholic Church Parish Center in New Hamburg. The Rev. Amel Shibley will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Amick-Burnett Funeral Home at Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
Vetter, 47, died Friday, April 29, 1994, at his home.
He was born March 31, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, son of Ralph George and Clara Hermina Bucher Vetter.
Vetter was a retired assembly line operator at Procter & Gamble. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Eagles Aerie 4178, VFW Post 3838, Vietnam Veterans Club, and Multiple Sclerosis Society. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his mother of New Hamburg; two brothers, Bob Vetter of Scott City, Randy Vetter of New Hamburg, and a sister, Betty Adcock of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his father.
