Toby McClelland

ZALMA, Mo. — Toby Zene McClelland, 9 months, of Zalma passed Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Jan. 11, 2017, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Joshua Millard and Laurel Fullmer Martin McClelland.

Toby, “our sweet baby boy,” enjoyed playing with his sister, cuddling, nursing and trying to get to the kitchen trash can. He was the happiest, smiling baby.

Loving survivors include his parents, Joshua and Laurel McClelland; a sister, Kara McClelland of the home; maternal grandparents, Victor Martin and Kathy Fullmer of Puxico, Missouri; paternal grandfather, Robert McClelland of Houston; paternal great-grandmother, Shirley McKee of Colorado Springs, Colorado; maternal great-grandmother, Marlene Fullmer of Corydon, Iowa; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Terry McClelland; and great-grandparents, Elmer Fullmer, Jewel and Mary Martin, Charles McKee, Teresa McClelland and Robert McClelland Sr.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, Missouri.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. Eric Lemons officiating. Burial will follow at Patton United Methodist Cemetery in Patton, Missouri.

A meal will be served after burial at Fusion Ministries in Advance.
