SIKESTON, Mo. -- Thrisey Wilkinson McClain, 58, of Sikeston died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at her home. She was born Dec. 18, 1944, in Scott County, daughter of Riley Adam and Elsie Ray Long. She first married Les Wilkinson in 1978 at Benton, Mo. He died June 27, 1995. She and Larry McClain were married Sept. 12, 1997, at Sikeston...

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Thrisey Wilkinson McClain, 58, of Sikeston died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at her home.

She was born Dec. 18, 1944, in Scott County, daughter of Riley Adam and Elsie Ray Long. She first married Les Wilkinson in 1978 at Benton, Mo. He died June 27, 1995. She and Larry McClain were married Sept. 12, 1997, at Sikeston.

McClain was a self-employed hairdresser. She was a member of Trinity Gospel Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Corey Wilkinson of Sikeston; a stepson, Wayne McClain of Cincinnati, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Kathleen Seabaugh of Salem, Mo.; a brother, Ray Long of Arnold, Mo.; two sisters, Margaret Long of Rolla, Mo., Doris Blankenship of Sikeston; two grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity Gospel Church, with the Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley, Mo.
