THOMAS ROACH

GRAND CHAIN, Ill. -- Funeral service for Thomas Roach of Grand Chain will be held at 10 a.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The Revs. Bill McGee and Jerome Fortenberry will officiate. Burial will be in St. Catherine Cemetery at Grand Chain.

Roach, 81, died Wednesday, July 19, 1995, at his home.

He was the son of Joseph and Cora Badgley Roach. He married the former Stella Copeland. She preceded him in death.

He had owned Roach's Grocery Store in Grand Chain, and was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Kay Keith of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; a son, Ron Roach of Grand Chain; nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
