THELMA WINN

MILL CREEK, Ill. -- Thelma Winn, 73, of Mill Creek, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 20, 1918, in Union County, daughter of Luther and Myrtle Smith Arnold. She married Earl Winn Sept. 4, 1935.

Winn was a member of Jonesboro Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Leon Winn of Southaven, Miss., David Winn of Elco; two daughters, Kay Jordan of Tamms, Linda Winn of Anna; two sisters, Mildred Rushing of McClure, Wilma Wright of Puxico, Mo.; a brother, Melvin Arnold of South Elgin; 10 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at Norris and Son Funeral Chapel in Jonesboro. The Rev. Clifton Galiher will officiate, with burial in St. John's Cemetery near Dongola.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until time of service.
