CHAFFEE -- Funeral service for Mrs. Thelma Glastetter of Chaffee will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. The Rev. John Cantore will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park at Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home here after 3 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Mrs. Glastetter, 78 years old, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 1990, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 18, 1911, in St. Louis, daughter of William and Victoria Kern Corvick. She married Elmer Glastetter June 2, 1977.
Mrs. Glastetter retired from Ely Walker in Illmo. She and her husband later owned and operated Big E Tavern at Chaffee, retiring in February 1982. She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Raymond Ressel of Kelso; a brother, Lloyd Corvick of Scott City; four sisters, Ethelyn Estes and Helen Davidson of Scott City, LaVerne Rogers and Darlene DeLong of Kelso; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
