CHAFFEE -- Teshia Inadel Phillips, 68, of Murphysboro, Ill., died Thursday, March 25, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 23, 1924, in Pinie, Ark., daughter of William Claude and Daisy Mae Hill Boley. She and Verlon Phillips were married April 17, 1943.
Phillips was a member of Gospel Assembly Church in Jonesboro, Ill.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert Phillips of Dexter; a brother, A.B. Boley of Murphysboro; five sisters, Nora Daniels of Bell City, Bunie Farris of Randles, Lois Harris of Flint, Mich., Joyce Callow of Oran, Hettie Phillips of Algonquin, Ill., and three grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. George Pitts will officiate, with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
