SIKESTON -- Terry Lynn "Skeeter" Grogan, 39, of Sikeston and formerly of Matthews and East Prairie, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 1997, from injuries in an automobile accident.
He was born Feb. 3, 1958, in Detroit, the son of John J. and Arettia Hayden Grogan.
He was employed by Hart Electric in Matthews and was a member of the Electricians Union in Alton, Ill.
Survivors include a brother, Larry Grogan of Matthews, and eight sisters, Linda Jones of Claremore, Okla., Johnnie Dean of Long Beach, Miss., Helen Day of Matthews, Ellen Grogan of Cape Girardeau, and Dot Grogan, Carolyn Tripp, Georgia Thurman and Mary S. Grogan of East Prairie.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call today after 5 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Brother Larry Smith will officiate.
Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.
