PERRYVILLE -- Terence "Terry" W. Abbott, 41, of Ste. Genevieve, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1993, at Southwest Hospital in Little Rock, Ark.

He was born June 13, 1952, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of William M. And Mildred L. Myer Abbott.

He worked as a highway construction crane operator for Robinson Construction Co., of Perryville.

Abbott was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of American Legion Post 133 of Perryville, the AMVETS organization of Ste. Genevieve, the Knights of Columbus Council in Ste. Genevieve, the National Rifle Association, and was an avid softball player with the Perryville and Ste. Genevieve mens softball leagues.

Survivors include his parents of Perryville; a sister, Mary T. Valleroy of Perryville; two brothers, Harry Lee Abbott of Oak Ridge, Mo., Larry M. Abbott of Perryville; and a foster brother, Richard P. Kirn of Perryville.

Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today, and from 6:30-10:45 a.m. Saturday, at the Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville.

There will be a catholic wake service today at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
