LONGWOOD, Fla. -- Ted J. Plunk, 80, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at his home, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Born Nov. 30, 1937, to Nova and Charlotte Page Plunk, Ted was a resident of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, until 1976, when he moved his family to Cape Girardeau. Upon his retirement as a food broker, Ted and his wife moved to Central Florida.
Ted leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Sue Plunk; his daughters Tamara (Jim) Swain of Collierville, Tennessee, Sandra (Charles) Baldwin of Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Deandra (Ray) Rosado of Longwood; and his brothers, Everett Plunk of Cape Girardeau and Gary Plunk of Arnold, Missouri. He will also be lovingly remembered by his six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family wishes to express its sincerest thanks to Vitas Healthcare Hospice for its compassionate care in Ted's final days.

The South Seminole Chapel of Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions was in charge of arrangements.
