Tamara G. Ward Morehouse, 43, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Marble Hill, Mo., died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, at her home following an illness.
She was born Sept. 27, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Gene and Rae Hopper Ward. She and Bradley Morehouse were married June 14, 1997, in Colorado Springs.
She worked as an office manager for Jackson Dental and formerly for Walter Drake and Sons in Colorado Springs as a special marketing projects coordinator. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Marble Hill.
Survivors include her husband, Bradley; father, Gene Ward of Marble Hill; two brothers, Robert Ward of Colorado Springs, Timothy Ward of Cape Girardeau; grandmother, Dell Smith of Marble Hill; a niece, Kelliann Hamel of Colorado Springs; and a nephew, Beau Ward of Colorado Springs.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rae Ward.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Marble Hill, with the Revs. Fred Ritter and Bob Towner officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
