T. Glenora Birk, 72, of Jackson died Monday at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 14, 1923, in Zalma, daughter of the late Noah and Bitha Gaines Lacey.
She married J.W. Hoffman in 1947. He died April 13, 1967.
She then married Anton Birk on Nov. 16, 1985. He survives.
Also surviving are a son, John Hoffman of Marble Hill; a daughter, Sondra Smith of Springfield; four stepdaughters, Sharon Wendel of Whitewater, Carol LaRue and Cheryl Crouch, both of Jackson, and Martha Nothdurft of Delta; a brother, Nelson Lacey of St. Louis; two sisters: Lorene Runnels of Wappapello and Mary Jane Henderschott of Fruitland; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a brother.
Birk worked for the former International Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau and for the former Superior Electric for 14 years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Tilson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral services will be at McCombs Chapel at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Paul Drake officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
