CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Sylvia Lee Parker, 64, of Charleston died Monday, June 7, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Sept. 11, 1939, in Salcedo, Mo., daughter of Harvey Christopher and Lena Geneva Riley Wilson. She and James W. Parker were married July 9, 1960. He died Sept. 27, 1997.
Parker was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Terry Parker of Charleston; three daughters, Mary Parker of Orlando, Fla., Pamela Black of Titusville, Fla., Leslie Parker of Charleston; a sister, Bonnie Wilson of Cape Girardeau; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter and a brother.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Keith Huffman officiating. Private burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
