PERRYVILLE -- Sylvester E. Colin, 87, of Perryville, died Tuesday, May 14, 1996, at Hilltop Village.
He was born April 1, 1909, in Perry County, son of Jess and Mary L. Streiler Colin.
Colin was a farmer, and member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church.

Survivors include three nieces, Mary Cole, Geraldine Rasco and Maxine Abernathy.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30-10:15 a.m.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
