Suzanne D. Williams, 67, of Jackson passed away Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Gir­ar­deau. She was born July 1, 1939, in Pana, Ill., daughter of Stanley "S.I." and Ruth Leighty Hudson. Suzanne was a riverboat cook 13 years for Continental Grain. She was a former Girl Scout leader. She was a follower of the Eckankar faith. She previously attended First Presbyterian Church and New McKendree United Methodist Church...

Suzanne D. Williams, 67, of Jackson passed away Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Gir­ar­deau.

She was born July 1, 1939, in Pana, Ill., daughter of Stanley "S.I." and Ruth Leighty Hudson.

Suzanne was a riverboat cook 13 years for Continental Grain. She was a former Girl Scout leader. She was a follower of the Eckankar faith. She previously attended First Presbyterian Church and New McKendree United Methodist Church.

Loving survivors include three daughters, Jodie (David) Rouse, their children Myca and Terra of Jackson, Stephanie (Randy) Koehler, their son Stephen Farris of Oak Ridge, Christie (Jon) Sousan, their children Ian (Ashley) Sousan, Alex Sousan of Branson, Mo.; a great-grandson, Reese Sousan; and a sister, Stephanie Rogers of Houston.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. An ECK fellowship will be held at 5 p.m., with visitation resuming afterward. Visitation will conclude with a memorial service at 7:30, with Dr. Grant Gillard officiating.
