MARBLE HILL -- Sue Long, 50, of Marble Hill died Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Oct. 11, 1949, at St. Louis, daughter of Lynn Earl and Dorothy Robbins Carpenter Hammers. She and Leo Long were married on Dec. 24, 1984.
Survivors include her husband; four sons, William Faust of Whitewater, "Sonny" Turnbough and Brett Turnbough, both of Birmingham, Ala., and Joshua Long of Marble Hill; one daughter, Christa Long of Marble Hill; one brother, Lynn Hammers Jr. of Fredericktown; two sisters, Judie Long and Fritzie Pruett, both of Fredericktown; two half-sisters, Diana Paragas of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Cheryl Sample of Marble Hill; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Interment will follow in the Grassy Cemetery.
