TAMMS, Ill. -- Sue Mary Johnson Bigham, 72, of Jamestown, Ind., formerly of Southern Illinois, passed away suddenly while visiting family, Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Ariz. TAMMS, Ill. -- Sue Mary Johnson Bigham, 72, of Jamestown, Ind., formerly of Southern Illinois, passed away suddenly while visiting family, Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Ariz.

She was born Sept. 29, 1940, in Elco, Ill., daughter of the late Carl and Lucille T. Poole Johnson.

Sue and her husband Joe ran a restaurant in Tamms several years, and she later worked as a pharmacy technician at Anna Wal-Mart, from which she later retired.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph H. "Joe" Bigham of Jamestown; a daughter, Sharon Massa of Jamestown; two sons, Rodney and Vernon Bigham of Columbus, Ohio; three brothers, William Johnson of Advance, Ind., Robert Eugene Johnson of Lebanon, Ind., and Terry Lee Johnson of Shelbyville, Ind.; four sisters, Joyce Dremononas of Thorntown, Ind., Barbara Eavey of Yuma, Debra Wells of Lebanon and Patricia Rader of Paragould, Ark.; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gary Johnson.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Pete Vinson officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery near Dongola, Ill.
